DigitalDesk exam scanning

Bloomington Evaluation Services and Testing (BEST) is happy to introduce DigitalDesk, a powerful scanning software designed to streamline the exam scanning process for instructors. Accessed via One.IU, instructors will have the ability to access and review scores, update answer keys, rescore exams without rescanning them, and run comprehensive analysis reports. In addition, instructors will be able to transfer grades from their DigitalDesk profile to their Canvas gradebook.

This new technology will add an extra layer of security for student data. Thus, our office will no longer upload exams to instructor Box accounts. Instead, instructors will receive a notification via DigitalDesk informing them that their exams have been scanned.

Instructors will begin receiving their exam results via DigitalDesk during the Spring 2017 semester. With the start of the Fall 2017 semester all exams will be scanned using DigitalDesk.
